Built by operators, run by engineers.
LetsAutomate.co is a small, senior team that designs and deploys the AI operations layer for service businesses — voice agents that answer every call, workflows that move work without anyone copy-pasting, and dashboards that finally tell the truth about what's happening in the business.
We started the company because we kept seeing the same thing: capable operators losing money to problems software should have solved — missed after-hours calls, no-shows, leads that sat for hours before anyone replied. The tools existed. Nobody was wiring them together end-to-end and standing behind the result. So we do.
How we work
We're a delivery partner, not a software license. Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we baseline real numbers from your call logs, calendar, and CRM — not assumptions. Most clients begin with a Pilot: two or three systems live in four weeks, scoped so the first month produces something you can measure.
We default to tools we can observe and debug — n8n for orchestration, vetted voice and model providers, and per-client secret stores — because automation that runs your operation has to be fixable at 2am, not a black box. After launch we tune weekly against your live data, so the system at month six is sharper than the one at launch.
The team
Daniel Reyes
Founder & CEODaniel spent a decade running operations for field-service and multi-location businesses — dispatch boards, call centers, and the spreadsheets holding them together — before starting LetsAutomate.co. He started the company after watching good operators lose real revenue to missed calls and manual busywork that software should have handled years ago. He leads strategy and sits in on every discovery call.
Priya Nair
Head of Automation EngineeringPriya builds the systems that actually run in production — the voice agents, n8n workflows, RAG copilots, and CRM integrations behind every deployment. Before LetsAutomate.co she spent years as a platform engineer building event-driven systems at scale, which is why our automations come with real observability, error handling, and self-hosting options rather than brittle no-code chains.
Marcus Bell
Solutions LeadMarcus maps the messy reality of a client's operation into a system we can ship. He runs discovery, baselines the numbers (missed calls, no-shows, response times), and scopes the pilot so the first four weeks deliver something measurable. If you book a fit call, you'll likely talk to Marcus first.
