Every engagement has a one-time setup fee to design, build, and deploy your systems, plus a monthly retainer that covers hosting, monitoring, weekly tuning, and ongoing improvements. The Pilot starts at $3,500 setup; the Ops Layer at $9,500; Enterprise is scoped per engagement.
