// SALESFORCE

Salesforce sync without the consulting bill.

Salesforce is the system of record for more established service businesses, and it carries the weight of governance, custom objects, and processes that other CRMs don't. We connect it to your AI ops layer so it stays current automatically — leads created from inbound calls, opportunities moved on real activity, activities logged without a rep typing them in — while respecting the org's structure and limits.

Working in Salesforce means working carefully. We build against a sandbox, respect field-level security and validation rules, and design with governor limits in mind so the integration scales without tripping the platform. The result is enterprise-grade CRM sync without the enterprise-grade consulting bill.

What we sync

We map your operations to the standard and custom objects your org already uses: leads and contacts created or matched from calls and forms, opportunities created from qualified inbound and advanced through stages on real activity, and activities logged automatically so the timeline reflects what actually happened.

Most mature Salesforce orgs rely heavily on custom objects and fields, and we honor that. We map to your existing schema rather than imposing our own, so the data lands exactly where your reports, dashboards, and Flows expect it.

  • Lead and contact create / match from inbound activity
  • Opportunity creation and stage progression
  • Automatic activity and task logging
  • Standard and custom object mapping to your schema

REST vs Bulk API, used appropriately

Salesforce gives you different APIs for different jobs, and using the wrong one is how integrations get slow or hit limits. We use the REST API for real-time, single-record operations — logging a call, creating a lead the moment it arrives — and the Bulk API for high-volume batch work like nightly syncs or large enrichment jobs.

Every write is idempotent, using external IDs and upserts so a retried webhook updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate. That matters in Salesforce, where duplicate leads and opportunities corrupt forecasting and trigger the wrong automations.

  • REST API for real-time, single-record operations
  • Bulk API for high-volume batch syncs
  • Idempotent upserts via external IDs
  • Composite requests to reduce API call counts

Governor limits, security, and sandbox-to-prod

Salesforce enforces governor limits, and a careless integration can exhaust API calls or trip limits that affect the whole org. We design within those limits — batching, caching where appropriate, and monitoring usage — so the integration is a good citizen rather than a noisy neighbor. We also respect field-level security and validation rules so the integration never writes data a user couldn't.

Nothing goes straight to production. We build and validate in a sandbox against real scenarios, then promote to production through a documented runbook. We fire custom platform events where useful so your existing Flows and Apex can react to our automation cleanly.

  • Governor-limit-aware design and API usage monitoring
  • Field-level security and validation rules respected
  • Sandbox-to-production promotion runbook
  • Custom platform events for Flow and Apex triggers

Which services it powers

Salesforce is the CRM behind our CRM automation and lead qualification and routing services for clients standardized on the platform. It's the destination for the call data our AI voice agents capture and the trigger source for follow-up sequences in our SMS and email automation.

Because Salesforce orgs are often complex, we scope the integration carefully during the audit, confirm your edition and API access, and sequence the work so the sandbox-to-production cutover is clean and low-risk.

// FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions, answered.

Always. We build and validate the integration in a Salesforce sandbox against real scenarios, then promote to production through a documented runbook. Your live org is never the test environment, so the cutover is clean and low-risk.
